Enna Zone Đonlić for Bosnia and Herzegovina

Enna Zone Đonlić (1995) is currently studying Social and Political Science with a minor in Psychology at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). She enrolled at IUS in 2013 after being awarded a scholarship due to her outstanding academic performance.

Political Science is her dream degree, since she has always wanted to be an agent of socio-political change and contribute more to society. After a study visit organised by the Institute for European Affairs in Belgrade in 2014, she was awarded with the title of Youth Reconciliation Ambassador. As an Ambassador she has advanced her ability to transfer knowledge and reach young people.

Since her second year of studying she has been Student Demonstrator at the Department of Social and Political Science. At the beginning of her third year, together with her colleagues, she founded the Association of Political Science Students and she is currently its President.

Since 2015, Enna has been one out of 7 members of the British Embassy to Sarajevo Youth Inspirational Group. As someone passionate about the Model United Nations, she has participated in many MUNs and organised IUSMUN at the International University of Sarajevo. Enna has great interest in EU integration, EU policy, international relations, political systems and diplomacy. In the future, she hopes to do her MPhil on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Constitutional Reform, continue research at the DPhil level and hopefully pursue a career in academia or diplomacy.
